Wherever possible all food on our menu has been locally supplied. Our chefs work closely with our butchers, for example and this ensures that the quality of the dishes we serve is the best we can offer, whether it is the locally made sausages in our breakfasts or fillet steak at dinner.
It is also our policy to be ecologically friendly when selecting our fish dishes, using fish from sustainable sources, as well as utilising the great selection of fish available on the south coast. We love using local suppliers such as Davy's Locker in Bridport who are often able to tempt us with amazing quality fish fresh from the day boats.
The Galley Bistro carries a wide selection of drinks to suit all our customers.
We offer 20 different bottles of wine, sourced from across the globe to provide a good blend of new and old world wines to suit all palates.
We also sell draught lager and ciders, bottled real ales from Dorset brewers and a wide selection of soft drinks including teas and coffees.
