From the Grill
At the Galley all our steaks are reared on hampshire farms and are 28 day aged.  They are seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper before being chargrilled to your liking and served with a grilled flat mushroom,battered onion rings and roasted cherry tomatoes.  All accompanied by  either chunky chips or steamed new potatoes.  A full list of aditional toppingsand sauces is available
